This engaging full-time position presents an attractive monthly salary ranging from Rs 40,000 to Rs 80,000. The chosen candidate will play a pivotal role within the finance team, collaborating with various departments and territories across the organization.
Responsibilities:
The Finance Officer's role encompasses a diverse array of financial activities, including but not limited to:
Conducting balance sheet reconciliations and crafting management accounting reports, providing proactive support during month-end and periodic analytical processes for regional teams.
Extracting real-time reports from the ERP system to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of balance sheet reconciliations across multiple companies and territories within the group.
Meticulously reconciling general ledger and sub-ledger accounts with source data and the system to validate the precision of recorded transactions.
Managing inter-company account reconciliations and aiding local teams in monthly balance clearance.
Analyzing ERP reports to promptly identify unusual trends and patterns, highlighting potential areas of concern.
Offering support to project teams, as necessary, in the analysis of project data and working capital.
Assisting country and regional finance teams during year-end processes.
Providing valuable support to relevant stakeholders during peak activity periods, including budgeting and board meetings.
Collaborating with the Country Finance Manager during internal and external audit assignments, which involve organizing financial information, processing audit requests, and providing follow-up support to internal and external stakeholders as required.
Providing coverage for regional finance teams within the group during overseas leaves.
Executing any additional tasks as assigned by the FSC Team Leader and the Country Finance Manager – Pakistan.
Candidate Requirements:
Essential Qualifications and Experience:
A relevant professional qualification in accounting and finance.
Prior experience in finance, accounting, and audit roles.
Proficiency in MS Office applications.
Strong verbal and written English skills.
Desirable Skills and Knowledge:
Exceptional organizational skills with a proven track record of meeting deadlines.
Ability to effectively plan and prioritize workloads, both for oneself and others, to maximize efficiency and productivity.
Proficiency in reviewing and analyzing financial information with precision.
